I survived! Tubes and head colds have no power over me, but they still have enough power to knock me out for a few days… a week or so. My first big social debut after a couple weeks of bed rest ? A play, a very famous play. Does this ring any bells?

On the way home Mom and I were talking about providential versus positive writers. In the end Mom stated, “I guess I am just a Pollyanna at heart.

“No,” she cut me off,”You are like those others.”
“Flannery O’Conner and George Elliot?”
I still can’t figure out wether this is a compliment or not, but I do know one thing. I need to develop a male pen name.
